Title: Stupid penalties
Post by: RegWalker53 on September 16, 2006, 09:31:29 PM: I dont get why we r gettin penalties for divin in2 the endzone wat is the big deal wit that. Any1 ever watch reggie bush at USC every time he scored he would dive in2 the endzone and nothin happened. I guess its just the crappy big 12 officials. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

They are enforcing the rule much more this year than they have in the past. It will get called everytime it happens this year.

it was a stupid move today. he was an idiot for doing it, we got flagged on it in week 1.. but it also is a stupid rule..

After seeing Baldwin/Garvin or whoever the hell it was get a penalty for the EXACT same move in the first game, he had to know he would get one too. So basically he's telling the team and the coaches, yeah I know I'm going to get a 15 yard penalty for this, but I just don't give a $hit.

Looks like he didnt' even have posession as he crossed the goal line.

Also, anyone else see Coach Prince ripping into him after taht. I bet he's doing some laps as we speak.
