Title: An "expert" opinion
Post by: catsfan20012002 on September 15, 2006, 10:22:53 AM
Adam Meyer of adamwins.com was just on 810 and picked Marshall to cover the 10 point spread and he said he wouldn't be surprised if Marshall continues the series trend of winning on the other team's homefield. I missed the game when Marshall came here in 2003 and feel responsible for the loss (the only home game I've missed since 1991) so you can bet I'm going to do whatever I can to make up for that.

The guy is a tout.  Most cappers I've heard this week are staying away from the game, but do favor K-State.

I don't get it. I've yet to see anything that hints at Marshall being a good team.

Marshall will be a competent team. well coached. They will be much better than Toledo was against ku.  This will be a test for KSU. If they don't turn the ball over, stay composed, we should be all right. I think our defense stand up today. jmo  You know ku is hoping for us to lose big time based on last nights lose!! :hookem:

Marshall's offense actually looked fairly decent against #5 West Virginia, e.g. they averaged 4.5 YPC.  Certainly their defense is suspect but their O will keep them in a lot of games this year.
