Title: Squawks Concern-Alert Status

The Squawks conern status just went up a notch from ELEVATED to HIGH, with the recent Bill Walker bombshell

 SEVERE

 HIGH ---  squawks now here

 ELEVATED

 GUARDED

 LOW

The level of telling us why they're not concerned over and over has grown at a near exponential rate.

The level of concern and number of KSU fans bringing it up has to be factored in as well.
