Title: If Walker makes it to K-State this year...
Post by: McGrowlTowelZac on September 13, 2006, 03:31:26 PM
It could go a long way to getting Mayo to follow him.  Assuming Mayo plays college ball that is. Just think if Walker has a year at K-State, then how much easier would it be to sell Mayo on it.  They're boys afterall, and if they are that close, Walker should be able to get his boy to follow him.  Could end up helping any other 2007 recruits Walker is in tight with. :dancin: :dancin:

Assuming Walker enjoys himself, which will be basically impossible not to.

KSU would be better off if Mayo never stepped foot there. Huggins is trying to bulid something, and Mayo would only hurt it. I would much prefer Reed. Mayo is switching his mind way to often and is too much of a headcase.

Do you think Mayo is just playing a game?

I will admit my excitement with Mayo has waned some, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't take talent like that in a second, even if just for a year.  I think Huggins would keep him in line for a year, besides he would be smart not to do something stupid while there that would effect his nba draft stock.

I like Reed too, but I don't know how much he really likes KSU, and what our chances are to actually land him.  The only reason I might choose Reed over Mayo is because Reed is likely a 4 year player.

I want Reed AND Mayo.

Why does everyone think Mayo is such a headcase?  He's been a couple times, but that's really the only issues he has.  Everything else "odd" that has gone on with him can pretty much be chalked up to him being a basketball prodigy since he was 10 years old.

I only reason I didn't suggest Mayo and Reed, is because I didn't think we had schollie's for both. But heck yea, I would take both.

I stand corrected, Mayo and Reed sound good together.  I won't argue with that.  Lets get'em signed now!

Also, I think Reed is probably just as comfortable as a SG, if not moreso.

After living in Wichita a year and a half I saw more hot girls in Manhattan in one weekend than a whole year combined in Wichita.  I know of at least ten others in Wichita that would agree.  The highlight of the month is a trip to Manhattan to see some decent looking women.  Wichita is nothing but families.....a five in Manhattan automatically becomes an eight in Wichita.

i was out last weekend in the ville for the first time since i graduated last may and i was amazed.  after a summer of hanging out in lame hipster lawrence bars down on mass it was refreshing to see what i saw in manhappinin.  man i wish i still lived down there.

It's funny.  I started skipping over Shocker's posts without reading them after his first couple of posts.  Now I am starting to skip over the posts of those who continually reply to Shocker, even when they're not replying to Shocker.

True!  Ever walked around U of A's campus in Tucson?  I've never seen a better collection of mini-skirt clad 20 year olds in my life.

I was just up in Greenville on Business ... and those gals up there party every damn night of the week.

I hate Phoenix, Rod, and ASU kind of gets lost in suburbia.  Much more hotties per capita in Wilmington.

In this part of the country the best looking women are at Miami (of Ohio) and the school is over 50% women too, so it is truly a paradise for men to go to school there.  The ugliest women are at Ohio State.  The place looks like a freaking farm with all the ugly heifers walking around...

Have you ever been to Wilmington? I have, pretty much reminded my of Junction City with a beach.

arizona is highly overrated in my opinion.  skimpy clothes, but the actual talent isn't better than most parts of the country.

Tempe isn't the only place the hotties are at.  Scottsdale has tons and so does Northern Phoenix.

I like the big city where there is lots of eye candy all around.
