f'in blows. went we 3 other buddies they fed up 3/4 of the meals. i ordered waffle fries and a salad. got regular fries and no salad. told the b!tch i ordered waffles she bluntly looked at me and said no you ordered curly. buddy #1 got a philly with no onions and steak fries. came out regular fries loaded w/ onions. buddy #2 ordered philly and waffles w/ side salad. got salad after meal, meal came w/ reg fries. bitched about the reg fries so she toke them back to get waffles. had to remind her of the waffles twice. got them after the meal. we bitched about the whole f' up. so manager said buddy #2 salad free. nacho appetizer free. buddy #2 got charged for salad until he bitched once again. waitress seemed more worried about talking to her dbag frat friends at the next table than trying to make some $$$. so she got a sweet tip of $0.00.
sorry just had to vent.
P.S. will never eat there again. or in the ville for that matter. have had just as bad or worse service in Kites in the 'ville

When I was in Manhattan we had a saying picking fun at the Kites t-shirt "meet your friends at kites"
Instead we would say..."Meet your fake friends at kites". That's all...

Anyone else find it weird that Rusty is trying to build a bar/rest. empire and he doesn't even own Rusty's anymore? Meh, maybe it's just me.

Nope, sold it about 2004'ish. Only owned Kites and the empty lot where Bombers used to be when he sold Chance iirc.

I would say the main problem is that you went to Kites in the first place. Because of that I feel no sympathy for you.
