Michael Beasley hit seven of his first eight shots on the way to 25 points in Saturday's 100-87 loss at Charlotte, showing why Heat President Pat Riley gushed throughout training camp about his first-round pick's gift for scoring. Defense? That's another issue.

He's already the team's 3rd leading scorer, 3rd best rebounder and 3rd best blocker!
