Quick observation. James Johnson was like, really good.

you're right. JJ was very very good. sheesh, we have complete garbage' now.

Also, our defense wasn't total crap in the first half of the game

Ah what a difference a decent running back can do to the flow of a game. Yes we lost the game but the balanced attack gave us more consistency with time of possession which seems to be pretty important this season.

KWho played their worst game of the year, and we couldn't get it done...shoulda canned Coach Cueball Head  :chainsaw:right then and there!

Agreed.  ku's best game was at Arrowhead.  Still got destroyed.

Our defense, despite playing like crap, was much better than this year for those first 5 games or so
