there's no way we can expect to win in front of this menace

No other school can match them in bail out capability, I thought we were close during our Tech game, but they reestablished themselves as Kings.
My gawd, they bailed on a team that went 12-1 last year, was nationally ranked this year, who still has a chance to win the freaking Big 12 North??
ku fans . . . redefining Bandwagon once again.
-
wow
i don't want to ever hear a ku "fan" try to compare their fans to ours

Let's not forget the Boo's that came out from the remaining fans.

i really don't think we as ksu fans are in any position to laugh...
-
Sure we are . . .
The Tech game sucked for them, but they were already bailing in droves by halftime . . . I don't see the same thing happening if K-State was ranked 23rd in the country.

no, we are.
we've been mediocre for over 4 years and the tech game was the first time our stadium ever came close to looking like that
4 years of mediocrity for ku and their stadium will start looking like that at kickoff

I bet it would (but that makes me appreciate the DOD even more we never got bombed like that while in the top 25 , made our fanbase look good).
If we had (if and buts I know) beat UL we would have been borderline ranked. The Tech game in all reality would have played out just the same for us (getting a massive beat down). Our fanbase totally would have bailed.
People are people. Fan bases are all pretty much the same. They support winners.

Look man, I am not saying that K-State fans can't do a great job of bailing on a game, but K-State can't top ku on that chief, they have it down pat.
-
i bet all the ku fans left early to go look at the orange bowl trophy

I am glad you recognize the kings. We also lead the big XII in people who go to the game and make less noise than I do in a public library. As football fans we suck. I am not sure there is any way to debate that.
I got chastised for "hurting a mans ears" when we got that bullcrap PI call in the first quarter (yes it meant nothing, but at that moment I felt it was pivotal.)

:ksu:
I just think that's because they have had more opportunities to practice. We were lucky (and good) enough to never get bombed like that.
Times have changed man, but that's what happens when you have a DoD.

Agreed. A DoD cultivates stronger support than a YoD.

In all fairness, you were being kind of loud.

The correct terminology is actually YoDACT(Year of Dominance Against Crappy Teams). :users:
