Nevermind...It got deleted in under two minutes. God they are fast. I just told them that I heard we were hiring their head coach and that after I did my research this morning and found out that they were indeed a division one school (like us) and located in Texas (a place we recruit really well) I was happy with the hiring. Then asked if they could give me more info about him.
i'll delete this thread in a couple of minutes...

You heard wrong, bro. Gary hasn't made any decisions. He's gonna wait til after the seasons over.
That being said, (strictly opinion here) we're in good position to get him, unless one of two things happens:
1) tcu makes him one of the top 10 highest paid coaches in the nation
2) Tennessee enters the picture

Didn't hear wrong bro, also didn't need to do research to find out they were also a Division 1 school or located in Texas.
Also-I'm pretty sure that it is more than a little possible that he has indeed made a decision. Maybe he just doesn't want to tell you :frown:

Based upon the current roster and verbals, it's a real stretch for KSU to say you recruit anyplace "well".

Product of the coaching staff, not geography.

Look for Tennessee to "enter the picture". :flush:
