"LALALALALALAALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
Seriously, what was the reaction supposed to be this week?
"Oh, we just beat a I-AA team by 1 point. All is well, because we won. No cause for concern...nothing to see here, folks...move along, move along."

There's even an emoticon for that.

low expectations = losers

You all act surprised that a negative sentiment has settled over K-State fans after beating Illinois State by a single point.
It's bound to happen, folks.
-
Our fans are bad because the students booed the opposing team. GMAFB

Not bad, but stupid. Seriously, booing a Division I-AA team that you have absolutely no connection with. Dumb.

They started it.

The students boo every fricking team that comes on the field. It's dumb.
-
The students also boo every calll in Bramlage. Much dumber.
-
At least they don't boo Santa Claus.
-
You say dumb...I say friggin' hilarious! But I have NEVER claimed K-State had classy fans, at least its just the players and not the opposing fans.
-
Agree, booing Northeast Indiana State is hilarious.
-
I love booing crappy teams. It's a great K-State tradition.
-
Nothing good ever came out of not booing crappy teams.
-
Agreed, where else will these kids that play at the D1-AA level get an oppurtunity to be booed by 40,000+ fans? Nowhere, thats where! See its a win-win for everybody

I was within spitting distance of the Northern Illinois contingent last Saturday; I found it interesting they chose to mock our "good for another wildcat firstdown/touchdown." Regardless, they were rooting for their team but going into a crowd of 45,000 and mocking the fans doesn't seem like the greatest idea to ever hit a human being. It was fun to watch their reaction to their 2-point conversation failure though; 200 people very sad, very quickly.

I think it's hilarious that so many people mock the first down cheer. I have overheard fans of Miami, Arkansas, and several other teams that have escaped my mind doing it.

I think mocking and booing are good things.
Lets leave the self proclaimed classiest fans moniker to Nebraska (until your team beats them of course).
