I'm watching the ku game on free On-Demand here in Lawrence right now. If there are only 6,000 empty seats there, then there definitely weren't 5,000 empty seats at KSU.
-
Oh come on; ku would never, ever, ever fudge attendance numbers.
Warmest Regards:

At least from what I've seen so far, the visitors' section and the bowl look pretty much empty.
Contrast that with KSU last weekend. I seriously don't understand where that 5,000 empty-seats number comes from. I would have estimated the crowd at 50,000...it looked like there were *maybe* 1,000 empty seats in the upper deck, and maybe a few hundred more in the north end zone.
Edit: bowl looks more full now.

I was kinda surprised at official attendance number. The designated visitors' section didn't have any totally empty rows like many non-con and even Big XII games. ISU brought just as many or more fans than Mizzou, Baylor, TT or even good 'ol ku in some years.
I'm just upset I paid for the ISU game in my season ticket package. I just walked through the gate and no one took my ticket. So, you can add at least one to the number for Saturday.

ku will pass us next weekend.
-
Maybe ...

I wonder what Kstate's attendance number would look like if the Billl Snyder ceremony didn't take place?
I wonder what Kstate's attendance number will be next week...
Its nice that you like to take every shot you can get at ku but expect this thread to come back in your face in the near future.

Only from an obsessed stalker such as yourself.
Plus I think the operative word was "opening weekend" ... as per usual, please don't tell anyone you were admitted to KSU.

"I only talked smack with week 1 attendance numbers(Did I have anything else?)! Any other week of attendance numbers will be out of line! You can't do that!"
