Cats mutilated in Lawrence
A Lawrence resident this week found his cat gutted and mutilated in his back yard in what authorities say is the third such case in about three weeks.

All were found in the 3200 block of West Ninth Street, said Midge Grinstead, Lawrence Humane Society executive director. A severed cat’s head also was found recently in a nearby park.

She speculated that the killer was someone in the neighborhood who had a grudge against cats. The investigation continues. (http://www.kansascity.com/news/breaking_news/story/820240.html)

really, what a scumbaggy, scumbaggy town.  let's not forget that Jeffrey Dahmer started with animals too.

I am a cat lover.  This sick bastard better stay out of my neighborhood.  I have a quiet room in our basement for the likes of him.

Generally, pets are better than people. Animal cruelty should be punishable according to whatever act of violence was committed to the animal imho.

In this case...gut the guy and decapitate him. Sounds fair.

Or bring him to my basement.  I'm thinking of buying this old dental chair from the antique store for 100 bucks just for occasioins like this.
