(non-Chiefs fans get outta my thread)
This team sucks. They suck so hard that there is no light in the end of the tunnel of suckage that I can see. Trent Green got his ass knocked out over TWO years ago and they've done less than zero to address the QB problem. It was so obvious that Croyle is never going to make it last year that I'm glad he's kissing his boo-boo on the sideline. Now they've got a QB who's all of about 5'8" and another practice-squad type guy? Maybe they can talk Tennessee into trading their headcase so that Herm can straighten him out.

They're playing the whole season like it's an extended pre-season, get that #1 pick, prob a DT or some other non-skill position. Awesome.

Hopefully Thigpen will play a lot this year. If that happens, it's almost assured that the chiefs can get a #1. The only thing that worries me is that the Rams and the Bengals are just as bad.

bengals won't take a qb though. Rams should/will.

No they won't. Offensive line is much more of a pressing need for them. Bulger still has a couple more years, so they can take a 2nd rd QB or 1st rounder next year and be fine.

The only problem with the fact that the Broncos Cheerleaders would be favored by 21 or so against the Chiefs this year is that if the Chiefs really are that bad they might take ... Josh Freeman with the #1 pick. That would really suck, I'd hate to see such a great young man throw his career away in a place like KC.

Considering the number of empty positions the Chefs have, I'd select "Best Available."

I'd go O-tackle or QB in rd 1 and then the other in rd 2 unless there's an unbelievable talent available.
