Title: Best running shoe ?

$65 dollar Nike Air Zoom explosion shoe. Silver colored.Rubbery soul. Light. All fabric. Not bad. Pricey.

$40 - 50 Saucony have good cushioning. not bad.

$40 New Balance are OK. I hear about them from everyone. Guess they are light.

$40 Asics are OK. not bad.

Too many stupid looking shoes out there with weird alien looking soles. Obviously sold to stupid kids. Most don't work worth a shi*. The Nikes with big air gaps didn't cushion crap. Motherf***ers cost $60-100 bucks. F-them.

Good soft run shoe can actually make running manageable. Two Cents

Post by: steve dave on August 22, 2008, 09:36:05 PM: I suck at/can't run very far. Asics are heaven and the only thing I will ever buy again as far as athletic shoes. 2100 series are excellent, kayano's are excellent, nimbus are excellent...great shoes imo.

an egg, oven roasted chicken, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, delicious chipotle spicy mustard sandwich.

i don't really run that much. have been training for a tri, but running is so boring. whats fun about going 5-10 miles an hour all day?
