Title: Foods that they stopped making...
Post by: Joker on July 26, 2008, 12:34:28 PM
...and you would give your left nut to bring them back.

I really miss the oatmeal that came with packets of gelatinous fruit topping to be applied in a creative manner.  A smiley face, boobs, or just a big swirl if you're boring.  It was fun.  And, it tasted a helluva lot better than the healthy crap they're pawning off now.

RIP fruity packet oatmeal  :'(

That's the stuff.

I wonder what a 15 year old box of oatmeal goes for?  Or, tastes like...

I mean srsly, why did they stop?  Its not like its some outrageous product.  Its just a taco with a soft outer shell and cheese in between, with some yummy sauces inside.  Is it possible to be losing money with it?  I am so confused.  Because I don't go to T-Bell anymore, I'm also missing out on the Baja Blast. :frown:

S'mores cereal.  They were like golden grahams with little bits of marshamallow and chocolate in them.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vanilla pudding pies. (Like the hostess fruit pies, but w/ vanilla pudding in them. Plus they were colored green)

They don't really sell Tastykakes here, wish they would.

I can't find them in Manhattan anywhere. Atleast when i used to look for them i couldn't. I haven't checked lately because i assumed they quit making them.  They were a mix of Frosted, Honey Nut, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios.

Why don't you just put frosting, honey, nuts, apples, and cinnamon into your regular cheerios?  Duh.

It was the best gum ever but the good flavor only last about two minutes and then it turned into worse than average gum. If the fruit stripe gum company could've bottled that taste and sold as cologne, I would wear it.

Not near the quality of Fruit Stripe, but chicklets gum also falls in the same category.  I thought Chicklets were completely gone, but then just a year ago in Big Bend I saw a Mexican & and his burro crossing the Rio Grande to sell it to gringo tourists.

I also miss Quisp cereal.   :frown:

I'd be worried about finding change in your tacos/burritos. I go through the drive through right? I order the smothered burrito (beef and bean burrito covered with nacho cheese with chips on top) right? Well as I'm biting into the burrito low and behold my teeth meet a dime. A &@#%ing dime in my burrito!!!

However the last few times I went to TG it has been decent. However, I have stayed away from the smothered burrito. More of a funny taco guy. (Funny taco is the equivalent to the cheesy gordita crunch)
