My ipod froze at the do not disconnect screen
My computer no longer recognizes it.
Any help/ideas?
TIA

if you cant reset it then just let the battery die on its own. could the rest of the day, then plug it back in. at least that has always worked for me and mine freezes all the time.

there is a way to reset it to factory default.

For future reference toggle hold switch on then off then hold your center button along with menu and it should restart itself.
