On Rivals Calvin was the 2nd best but not on Scout.

Calvin has the numbers.  Why do you think he's only 3 stars on Scout?

Some players Scout and Rivals just base on who's recruiting them for example KSU, MU, ku 3 star at best say USC,ND,Georgia and Oklahoma are recruiting you, you are a 5-star, they don't always evaluate.
