It's amazing how much you can tell about a program by the pictures of their athletic directors.

Baylor -- We like God!
Kansas State -- Harmless, friendly old man
Kansas -- That guy is up to no good
Mizzou -- What the hell is he doing
Iowa State -- The little retard that could
Nebraska -- Racist old man, slightly asinine
Colorado -- I just smoked a whole bunch of pot!
Oklahoma -- For just $109 a month I can get you into this beautiful 1994 Grand Prix
Oklahoma State -- Boy, I'm one lucky son of a bitch
Texas -- I just want to have a bigger stadium than A&M
Texas A&M -- I just want to have a bigger Jumbotron than UT
Texas Tech -- There's gold in them thar hills!

Also, if the OU guy is a used car salesman, then the oSu guy is a used boat salesman.  Jesus cigs, bourbon and sun have taken their toll from a few too many weekends at the lake.

Apparently the key to becoming an AD is to have eyes that either don't match or don't line up.  Tibesar is a shoe in.
