New feature of google maps. Click on street view than click on a street. It gives you a view from there.

satellite much more addicting imo.

And question, how in the hell is that done? Who has time to do all that work? (go from street to street across the nation & take 360 degree picture of anywhere on the street)

sometimes at work when i know its going to be a long day i like to find new york, in the satelite view on my blackberry, and then see how long it takes me to find the statue of liberty.

Its actually kinda creepy knowing that anyone who has access to the internet can look at my house...

There are some great pics out there. The google folks have managed to catch drug deals, arrests, and various other goofy things on the street view camera.

I found 2 of my 3 places of residence in Manhattan. Seems they skipped our street just north of city park.
