Poltergest > Flintstones: Viva Rock Vegas > The Strangers > Signs

Give or take.

It was the first "horror/scary/jump out and scream" movie that actually was well written and thought out.

I'm not sure on the actual running time, but it moves quickly...it's hour and a halfish, I believe.
