I absolutely love the Whitlock-KSU fanbase feud. When a "big" (take that any way you want to) sportswriter feels victimized by a fan base and it shows in his writing it is awesome. I hope we boo his ass every time he shows his face in Manhattan, and I hope he keeps writing this stuff. Pure gold. :ksu:

Some friends that still subscribe to PowertardWabash told me everytime he writes one of these, he's on Wabash the very next day "BigSexy68" checking out the reaction.

Like I keep saying, until K-State's J School offers up some low self esteem chubby pen chaser like ku's J-School did, so "BigSexy68" can break her bed.   K-State is going to be the target of Whitlock's poison pen.

For Jason's next act, he'll make a sign calling Josh Freeman a "Fag" (which just might be true) and put it up to the window of the Dev Nelson Pressbox . . . just after cleaning out the last 3 Pork Loin Roasts at the Media Lunch during "Pork Producers Day".

Think we can get him to appear as a guest on Winter's show?

Think we can get him to appear as a guest on Winter's show?

I think he better go on there to debate this in a national forum.

Agreed.  I would like to get the "self-hating black guy" view on the issues....but it would probably just turn into phagallenblowsballs spewing racist barbs at Whitlock from beneath his hood.

He is so furious that 'Te makes 4X what he does that he will never let it alone.

I love it!  Gives 'Te tons more pub, helps recruiting.  What guy doesn't want to be recruited by a smooth cat like 'Te who is bringing in that kind of jack?  That's like a recruits dream.

I couldn't agree more.  It's like New Jack City, but without the drugs, but WITH the naked chicks in a room working on stuff.

LOL @ Abercrombie and Fitch.

Why does a clothing company need customer service?  Says much more about the narcissistic tards who wear the label.

I hope Whitlock's column gets picked up in papers across the country (like say, Dallas, LA, New York, Miami, etc.) and all those AAU coaches in those regions realize how much we'll pay them.  We couldn't have asked for better marketing, imo.

Well, one thing for sure, Hill ain't no Charles Baker that's for damn sure.

I still laugh at the "inexperience" card . . . I guess 15 years as a D1 player and assistant coach is "experience" but 10 years (as is the case with hill) still constitutes "inexperience".

Phogtard logic has elevated the role of D1 college basketball assistant to something akin to being a Neurosurgeon or an Astronaut in terms of their determination of what is the requisite amount of time required to be "experienced" enough.

For those of you scoring at home, +1 for another awesomely brilliant reaction to a hated writer - linking his article.

whitlock doesn't write these to drive traffic to the star's site and i doubt there's any effect on his traffic from the 200 or so K-State fans who went there to actually read it

He writes this stuff so all the squawk alumni in KC (Where's HernandoJHawk when you need him . . . I recall him telling me how all the ku alums "spread their wings" and moved all over the world, but amazingly over 100,000 of them stayed within 2 hours of Lawrence aka "the world") will glory hole "Bigsexy68".
