So let's say that McCain becomes president (Jesus, that is scary) and we end up starting a nuclear war with Iran.

You have 1 meal left.  Money is no option, because you're going to die.

WHAT DO YOU EAT?

I, of course, will eat the heart of a newborn.

Good thread.  At least if McCain becomes president there's some chance that most Americans will be able to afford a last meal.  If Obama wins food prices will be so high that most of our fellow countrymen will have starved long before the answer to your query becomes relevant.

...but after you wake up from neverland, what will your last meal be?

I'm thinking a big juicy steak with some sort of brown gravy and mushrooms on top.  Maybe grilled onions, also.

They could deliver one or more via yachts, fishing boats, or the like.  Or in a fit of ironic genius they could lodge one in the hold of an oil tanker.  If I were them I'd be perfecting the medium-range Nork hardware and planning to simultaneously ship a dozen or so to US ports in conjunction with the forthcoming all-out strike against Israel.
