Title: Bad News

I have had teeth problems all last week and finally gave in I get to go see the oral surgeon tomorrow. I need 2 root canals, 4 crowns, and my wisdom teeth yanked out :ohno:

damn dude you need to space out that work and maximize your insurance coverage

figure the root canals at $800 a pop, another $1k for your wisdom teeth, and $500 each for your crowns

I had a dentist in 1980 tell me I needed two root canals and 6 crowns after I chipped a few in a car wreck.  28 years later and I still don't have so much as a cavity (did get my wisdoms cut out last year).   I guess what I'm saying is it might be worth a second opinion unless all is obvious to you too.
