If I could just get one gravy it would probably be white sausage gravy.  (typically used on biscuits and gravy at greasy spoons (Woodswether cafe in the bottoms is a good one)).

The only problem with this stuff is that I've never been able to find it in gallon jugs.  It's freaking awesome but you have to cook it, it's not nearly as good cold / uncooked.

see, this is a sauce man showing his experience in the arena with comments like this one...

i use this mini chopper-

to chop up this-

then load it into the velvetta.  makes it really, really hot.

jeez, u guys just like the name brand sauces? what corporate drones..... :blindfold:

regular tobasco is disgusting IMO, chipotle version much better. but i won't buy it when you can steal it from chipotle.

el yucateo carribean is the best sauce that balances heat and flavor.

crystal is pretty good for a sweet sauce, excellent on red potatoes when eating cajun style
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/57/Crystal_Hot_Sauce.jpg/100px-Crystal_Hot_Sauce.jpg)

melinda's has a pretty good mango sauce
(http://www.melindas.com/bottles/mango.jpg)

dae's insanity is a little hot for my taste but has decent flavor
(http://www.davidsbbq.com/store/images/INSANITY%20Sauce.jpg)

the pain is good series also has a lot of good asuces i have tried but can't remember which ones
(http://www.hotsauce.com/photos/1892-112-2T.jpg)

one of the most interesting i've had is the panola clear sauce
(http://www.panolapepper.com/site100-01/1001248/Images/10012481001248cat_lg_clearly_hot_sauce.jpg)

this is the best marinating sauce, not really a hot sauce, but completely awesome.

Tapatio... I don't know what spice is in it that I don't like. It reminds me more of Mexican food I guess so it's less versatile than Tabasco or Red Devil.

bufalo chipotle = very very nice

sriracha (the asian hot sauce with the rooster) is pretty good too, but it can be too sweet for many things.

dave's insanity sauce has a dirty flavor and is too bitter for my tastes.

Cholula = vastly overrated too cuminy

Frank's = nice balance of vinegar and taste

Tiger = way too sweet for me

Tabasco = m'eh

Tabasco Chipotle = yum

Tabasco Habanero  = yum
