Everyone blows him because he is "neutral" but he sucks.
Agree?
-
He's great if you want to take a nap. He's also "fake-knowledgable (sp?)" - he acts like he's using stats to make an argument, but he's as much of a dumbass as joe-fan.
I'll stick with Jim Rome, thank you.

Agree. Rome is hilarious, Kevin Kietzman is my God.

dude knows baseball, but everything else he knows about as much as your average degenerate gambler, which he readily admits to being.

He doesn't even know baseball. That's when he's the worst about being a "know-it-all".

His show is boring except for Friday's "Stump the Chumps" segment. Even that gets ruined by his constant babbling about nothing in particular.

Yes, that is tolerable, mainly because of Pete Enich.

Soren ....
But its going to be funny watching Squawkville gravitate to the heady sports stylings of Marty Wall on 610.
Of course 610 hasn't mastered that crazy, cutting edge Internet broadcast technology yet ... I'd almost pay to hear that clown car go by.

ok fine you dont like him. but he seems to provide more info and talk about the royals and mlb than anyone else in the kc media.

I enjoy the two minute drill. I think he can be quite insightful. Personally he's kind of a prick and the show does lag occasionally due to his droning.
I actually find Clinkscale decent. Kietzman rocks.

I like Petro, can't stand Clinkscale, and hate KK. But not because he is a KSU guy. He likes to make up stats, facts to further his point. For example, during the All-Star game, he opened a show with a rant about player development. He used Ryan Howard as his primary example. First he started by saying how productive he is for a young guy of 23. Nevermind the fact that Ryan Howard is 26 approaching 27. Then he says he has been a productive player in the major leagues for 3 seasons. Not really. In 2004, Howard played 19 games at the end of the season. At the beginning of 2005, he didn't make the roster out of spring training, and wasn't called up until after the All Star break. This is his first full season at the Major League level. Using all of his made up facts, he tried to use Howard as an example of how the Royals have had trouble developing young guys like Butler, Gordon, and Lebanski, even though Butler is 6 years younder than Howard, Gordon and Lebanski 4. Not a big deal from some, but if you know any thing about sports, you should have your facts straight before you base an argument off of them. Just one of many examples with Kietzman.

My liking of KK is only because of his obvious love for KSU.
God Bless Kevin Kietzman
His crusade to get rid of Wooldridge really sold me.
