Edited to add that if it were up to me only about thirty people would be able to post and I wouldn't be one of them.

KCC. And it's probably going to happen to. Every thread that has a legitimate chance to turn into good sports discussion is destroyed when he posts in it, and there are too few good threads to spare any.

No, it doesn't have to be, it's just an unintended side effect. Many come here for the entertainment but many more want to have more open discussion, which is really the reason it's so attractive. I can't help it if you youngsters feel that you need your own high school club house here and act like it. It's what actually hinders a lot of the good sports discussions.
