They are adjusting our playbooks for Ron Prince's style of offense and Josh Freeman is in the game.  Also, I heard the new stadium additions are going to be included in the 360 version, but I can't confirm that part.  Out of the pics I've seen, I can't see enough of our stadium to make a conclusion.  I'll let you know on July 18.

I'm pretty sure in the 360 version it has KSU's authentic stadium...The only thing that is different, is in the 360, you cant do RFTH (Race for the Heisman), and you can't create a team...Also, no home-field advantage, and no stadium pulse...I think those are the only MAJOR changes...I think in the 360, there is also only the 119 Division 1 teams, and no D1-AA teams...but I could be wrong on that...

but they'll have to do a lot of guessing.  and i'm sure freeman will be underrated.  thats cool though if they are somehow able to get the models for the new stadium upgrades even before they are complete.

If anyone gets a 360 and wants to play on LIVE, I have yet to set up my account, but would not mind playing some folks when I get the chance.

Does this game come out for the regular X-box?  I don't want to go spend a lot of money on a 360 just for this game.

First off, how do you make the sound "pch"?

Secondly I'd wager good money that a 13-year-old kid didn't call an EBGames employee a lifeless nerd to his face.

Jordy Nelson is a god in this game. Freeman is included, and man, he's a beast. Watts is a terror. I think Johnson is better than Clayton, but that's just me.

I'm playing on the 360, and if you have the means, you should go that route. Amazing looking game. The stadium looks legit. Nessler screws up, though, going back and forth from "KSU Stadium" to "Bill Snyder Family Stadium," but the game is no joke.

I dorked out and played all day. Technically, it was work - I'm writing a review. :)

Does the stadium have the upgrades in the 360 version?  I'm going crazy.  I'm stuck on the east coast for work and my roommate just got the game and is probably playing right now.  I must get home.  He's going to be better than me due to his eventual three day head start.

QUESTION for you guys who play these things.  I'm not a game player but have a new roomate and gaming might be preferable to conversation so I need some advice on which system to get.  I am looking to buy used from ebay since I won't likely play more than one evening a week at best.  I'll likely get an NCAA football, a car racing, a shootemup, and something like a four-wheeler racing game, not much more if at all.  Graphics are not that big of a deal to me unless it is a memory issue which somehow degrades the use.

Is a steering wheel necessary?

xbox?
ps2?
other?

TIA

I've got an online capable PS2 system with headset, 2 controllers with the cord extentions, and pretty much every game genre you mentioned (including a Madden, every NCAA since I bought it 6 years ago, Twisted Metal:Black, and an off road racing game) that I might be willing to sell you.

What's something like that go for on ebay?

Oh, and I'd probably throw in the Sharkport.

I did not get to play '07 last night... :violin: :onthecan:

WN - it looks to me that your setup would bring around $100 or so.  I don't have bandwidth to use the onliine option unfortunately.  I think given the age I'm more inclined to search for a system only a year or so old.  There is an xbox w/ a manufacture date of 06/05 sitting at $75 that I'm likely to go after, but thanks for the offer.

Any suggestions as to variety?

ive been using fisher as my running back even though hes not as highly ranked overall as clayton.  he seems faster even though they supposedly have the same speed and i always liked speed at running back in these games.  the game is awesome on the 360 and i noticed the ksu stadium, bill snyder family stadium thing too.  everige is actually pretty solid at qb.

What you are suggesting is illegal.  And should be punishable by death.

However, If you want to back up the games you have so that the originals don't get scratched and ruined, you have to modify your system.  Not an easy thing to do for XBOX as every thing I've ever heard of requires soldering a "mod-Chip" into the system.  You might find some more info  here (http://www.modmonster.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=352)

Nothing.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever read.

I bought a 360 for NCAA and I have not regretted the decision for a single second.

It's the most incredible game I have ever played.

P.S.
Jesus does love Mjrod

You bought a very expensive game system to play one single sports game... sports games wear out very, very quickly and none of them are ever good enough to justify the purchase of something this costly.  A gaming system must have at least five games that are must play before I'd consider forking over cash for it. You come to its defense with one game.

You fail.

And no one loves Mjrod. Not even his wife. She tells me every night over the phone.
