You're right, FAN is a dyed in the wool (lol) Woolite.

But you've got to admit that gp.com is a pretty silly place.

Actually, most of those guys on GP want Wooly gone.   I'm one of those who support the coach no matter, but the reality is, unless Wooly ends up in the NCAA tourney and gets past at least the first round, he'll be gone.   The measure of the program is improvement, and he seems to have improved the team over last year.  The question is, has he improved it enough to really keep his job.

I'll take any win though.

A little trivia:

I used the word "love" in my post.  What K-State basketball player upon commiting told one recruiting source: "People gotta start giving K-State the love."  It was ksu_FAN's signature for a while. :)

He emailed me and I had a few MSN conversations with the kid.  (I know, that makes me something, I'm not sure what, but its not good probably...)  He was on gopowercat as well.

He seemed like a nice kid and was excited to come to K-State.  For some reason or the other things didn't work out, I hope things work our alright for him.
