Super Mario Galaxy has stormed in to my Top 5 of all time.  Final Fantasy 7 may be the best of all time, though.

I could play MarioKart for days straight on the 64, I also enjoyed Star Fox back in the day.

single player though, not many games can hold donkey kong's jock strap

The original smash brothers has held up far better than Goldeneye. Both are great games for multiplayer purposes.

FF7 is probably the best console rpg ever made followed up by chrono trigger and FF3. FFTactics was the best turn based strategy game ever imo.
