Another player remembers Majerus calling him up to his hotel room on various occasions, and "he'd answer the door in his towel and I'd come in and the towel would fall off and it was like nothing had happened. He'd just be standing there buck naked. One year he had this lower-back injury, and he would have the trainer massage it with ultrasound. But instead of just lowering his pants a little bit, Majerus would pull his pants down to his ankles and sit in a chair and coach us. Sometimes he'd be like, 'Guys, bring it in, take a knee.' We'd come in, and we're just like, No way this is happening."

'the big guy' is taking all kinds of bad press here in st louis in the past few days
a cub reporter pulled him aside during hillary clinton's fund-raiser the other day and pressed him on his viewpoints... now it's known he is coaching at a jesuit school under a very conservative archbishop while pro-choice and pro-stemcell research
st louis univ is very liberal, and the head administrator is a cold, ruthless son-of-a-biotch more vicious in business dealings than the worst cut-throat ceo... so, it's a real surprise that the archbishop appears to want to 'go to the mattresses' with majerus on this one
maybe he is smarter than i think, and just using a 'fired without cause' lawsuit as grounds to get away from a very, very poor team personnel situation
