Salad Fingers is very polite about asking for rusty spoons. But to answer your question it is ~~pretty~~ really &@#%ed up.

You probably suck at life. Anyway, Salad Fingers fails. Not creepy, not funny, and not weird enough to be entertaining. It's just there...but not in a good way.
