done at Carlos O'Kellys because Frank is Latin American. I know Cubans aren't Mexicans, but its not a stretch either. Also, does Manhattan not have any better mexican restaurants than O'Kellys?
Where is Frank anyway? Wasn't on the teleconference call, and isn't here on his show. Wonder whether they'll address it.

Wooly had them there, too; but, then again his maid was an immigrant from Central America - Ecuador or Costa Rica?

They do it on the stage outside of CoK in the food court.
This is also where the Prince does his show.

You've got it. Also Prince does his at Kfc, and Huggins used to have his at where else....Cracker Barrel.

The shows were much better when they were at Lucky Brew Grille (before they got kicked out from where Porters is now, but before the fire) and then 12th Street Pub (where Kites is now). The atmosophere was much better, its pretty stale at COK or the food court.

Who was Frank recruiting?

I thought Huggins did his show from a Liquor Store.

No, he visited a liquor store first, then did the show in front of a police cruiser. Then the cops gave him a free ride "home."
