Title: What fracking channel is the game on in KC?
Post by: pufizzle on January 11, 2008, 09:29:27 PM
Typical dumb "what channel" question.  sorry.

Kansas City Everest cable.  What channel is game on tomorrow.  I need specific channel (ch. 3, 5 etc..)  It's nowhere on the guide and I have to DVR it.  Starting to freak out...... :runaway:

Looks like you're out of luck. The game is on Metro sports so you'll need Time Warner or Comcast.

For those of us elsewhere, the game will be carried by ESPN Full Court.

Happy coincidence:

If you have Everest, I think you are screwed...like me. It's on metro sports which means, Time Warner/Comcast will show it and Everest can't.

How often is that going to occur this year?  I know the game is an ESPN plus game....is Metro sports picking all those up for the rest of the year?

Full Court is $75 for the half-season which starts with conference play.  The Kansas game on the 30th, both Mizzou games, the late CU & ISU games, and the Big XII tourney game(s) are all on Full Court so it's not a bad deal at all.

Everest in KC will have it pay-per-view on the fullcourt package.  They said that you have to buy a full day pass ($15) to get the game, and confirmed that it will not be blocked out.

Back in business...
