Can you not reverse a man in motion while he's in motion one way? You could in previous installments...why would they get rid of it?
-
I hated that. The new system wasn't that great, compared to games of old. It definitely needed a revamp, but there were too many one step forward, two step back situations.

Nerd.

Why does that even matter? Just so you can make it seem like a real football game?

So you can see what kind of coverage they're in. Add an extra blocker. etc.
-
PS2/Xbox version is so much superior than the 360/PS3 one
Went from having fun playing PS2 version to hating the 360 version.

You can still motion him back. You just have to wait until he sets.

That takes too long.

No kidding. I get enough delay penalties as it is just messing around.

it's like they didn't have enough time to put everything in that they wanted, so they just had to make the basics.
like only having dark visors.
recruiting is a bitch too, takes way too long.

No joke. I LOL'd when I played NU and Sam Keller had a dark visor.
I like the new recruiting engine, but you're right, it takes too long. Plus, it seems kind of arbitrary. I'll uncover 3+ Very high/Most traits for a recruit that I'm solid in, and he'll have a terrible visit, whereas some kid I have barely recruited/uncovered will give me an A- and commit.
Plus, my desire to play the game dies a little each time a LB who is turned away from me jumps 5 feet in the air to intercept a deep crossing pattern that is being run 15 yards behind him.

ps2 version has only clear visors
So basically there are no badasses in that game
standards for badass

I can't hardly stand playing on Heisman because of this. I get tired of my backs fumbling it for no reason. It's like they try way too hard to make it seem like a real football game. I'm usually around .500 when playing Heisman.
