Title: Gameday Apparel
Post by: Jesus Shuttlesworth on November 01, 2007, 02:03:41 PM
Do you have certain articles of KSU gameday apparel that you feel are either "lucky" or "unlucky"?  Do you have different articles of KSU gameday apparel that you wear for home and away games?

Personally, I have a purple Nike "Aggieville" t-shirt that has been good luck for home games.  For away games, I have an old style #3 white away jersey that has a pretty solid record (the ghost of E3 lives).

I just called her and asked.  After a long, uncomfortable pause, she said no, then hung up quickly.  I'm not sure what to make of that.  Very strange.

I like to wear an old school of sorts '98-'99 iCat t-shirt when I'm at home.  If I'm at the game or just away from homeI'll wear my "If found sober please return to Aggieville"
t-shirt.

Also, for all three losses this year I've been in Nebraska for different reasons.  I plan on never going to Nebraska during football season again.

Wore my #2 jersey to the Cotton Bowl vs. BYU and have worn it to every game since. It's seen some good times...and bad.

My #7 has been to every game I've been to (all but a couple at home plus a half dozen or so roadies and bowl games) since the second game of 98.  Must be washed after every loss it sees.

I wear my first KState shirt - its so old and worn out, you can probably read a newspaper through it. It somehow survived my years at state and now I am just waiting until it falls off my body! I will take it to the local boy scouts and request the "retire" it with the worn out American Flags.  :'(
