This is a much better topic than discussing the impossible chances of us winning the north.
Teams that will be ahead of us barring a miracle
1)OU
2)MU
3)ku
4)UT
1)We need UT to keep winning. It's going to be pretty much impossible to pass them anyway, so let's hope they can beat OSU so OSU doesn't also pass us up. OSU = attractive for bowls imo
that leaves this group.
5)OSU Projected finish: 7-5 (5-3)
6)KSU Proj. Finish: 8-4 (5-3)
2)Cu can also be an issue. Hope like hell MU takes care of them.
7)CU Proj. finish: 7-5 (5-3)
8)Tech Proj. Finish: 7-5 (3-5)
9)Texas A&M: Proj. Finish 6-6 (3-5)
NU - Done
ISU- Done
Baylor - Done
BCS - OU
Cotton - MU
Holiday - ku
Gator - UT
Alamo - OSU :crybaby:
Sun (when the Gator does not take a Big 12 team)
Insight - KSU
Independence - Tech
Texas - CU
So we are pretty much fracked to land in the alamo unless we get 2 BCS slots. Frack. Frack that OSU loss! FRACK! There is little chance we pass OSU, but there is a small chance MU can meltdown and we can pass them. However, I don't want to think of that considering that means ku can skate towards to north title.

I just hope we're able to finish at least 8-4.

If it meant beating Mizzou and finishing the season 9-3, while Kansas went 12-0 and played OU for the Big 12 Championship and a possible National Championship appearance, would you take it?
-
If it meant an Alamo Bowl appy?
Hell yes.
Alamo Bowl!

without hesitation. The opportunity to get to 10 wins w/ a bowl win in the 2nd year of our head coach would mean more than not being able to see ku get beat by ou in the big 12 CG.

That OsU loss is just brutal. Still stings.

Yes. God-damnit.

I'm not over it yet, and running the rest of our sched. will probably be the only thing that gets me over it.

BCS - OU
Cotton - MU
Holiday - ku
Gator - UT
Alamo - OSU

MU and ku are wild cards bc they are not known to travel well(or haven't had the opportunity). One of them will get the cotton, but I would kind of be suprised if one of them got the holiday. Maybe OSU would get the holiday, if we beat mizzou, ku would lock up the Cotton and mizzou goes to Insight, we get alamo? I guess mizzou would have to drop one more for that likelyness.

i'm not over any of them, on satelite radio they were talking about Auburn, and it got me mad just thinking about how we should have beaten them too. :curse:

If MU or ku runs the table, and loses to OU in the B12CG, I think either of them would get a BCS bid, unless OU just completely destroys them.
Also if MU or ku wins the north, then BEATS OU in the B12CG, then the B12 gets 2 in the BCS. It's happend before, it can happen again. No way they leave OU out of the BCS. Either one of those scenarios put KSU in the Alamo, IMO (assuming that KSU beats ISU, NU and FSU)

Big 12 is weaker than the SEC and PAC 10, the at large's will probably come from those confrences.
-
espn guys, have mizzou as an at large, what do I know.
-
You guys need to get off of OU's nuts.

I think they are ridiculously overrated.
But, do you want me to project ku to win the conference? No thanks.
