Well, at least he will still be employed this time next year.  Actually, Slash would probably be a good recruiting coordinator.  If you look past the whole "inability to identify talent" thing.  But he sure can bring in the 4 and 5 star guys though, but only the highly over rated ones.

Bill Callahan recruiting strategy:  Enter mom's credit card number into rivals sign up screen.  Look at 4-5 star guys.  Write down their names.  Call them without watching any film (< ala Limas Sweed comment).  Coach them down to Junior High level.  Repeat.
