Callers actually thanking god for the firing of Pederson.
So Tom Osborne will be coaching Vanro . . . sorry but the days of unlimited scholarships and schools like KSU not spending any money on football aren't walking through that door.
It will be a start. How many times did KSU beat Dr. Tom? :woohoo:
Again, it's just not the same league anymore, athletic budgets across the entire Big 12 are up 300-500% since Tom Osborne retired. School's like MU, ku and KSU now spend just as much on football as NU does, A&M, Texas and OU outspend NU.

I think the hardest pill for all of Corn land to swallow is that maybe (and its a huge maybe) they are starting to realise that they are NEVER going to dominate and be able to rule long term like they did in the 70's 80's and early 90's. Those days are over for everybody. Maybe a good recruiting class will take you on a three year run or so once they get back to respectability. But long, long, long, gone are the days of the 100+ scholarship athletes, a team full of partial qualifiers, and 60 walk-ons a year. And You don't scare anybody anymore. Welcome to earth as the rest of us know it Nebraska fans.
:crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby: :crybaby:
