he had the team ready to play after a disappointing loss. Now we'll see if he can maintain, or will there be more "roller coaster" outcomes??
-
I don't think it's Prince as much as the competition.
-
I think we've looked much more consistent this year compared to last. We're still plenty capable of stumbling, but I'm less worried about than last year.

what, you think CU sucks?

Maybe a little, but KSU came out ready to play against a team coming in with a lot of momentum.

what, you think CU sucks?
No, just not as good as ku.

You're right, we didn't let ku beat us twice.

I'm positive Mr. 6-6 didn't see a 27 point win coming.

A 27 point stomping over a team that rallied to beat Oklahoma. CU, statisically, was as good as Kstate and their schedule is has been one of the most difficult in the conference. They played like crap from their perspective but we made plays when we needed them. Let's see if we can hold Ostate under 150 yards on the ground. Unlikely, but we'll play keep away.

bullsh*t.
Nothing between blowout loss to a blowout win would surprise me.
With a few early breaks, we could have beat ku by 20 easily. I don't think it's preparation, just how the games went.

Excellent post cire.

lol's
Seriously, you get my point?
There's a fine line between a narrow loss and a blowout win with this team. I don't think it has anything to do with preparation.
-
Yeah . . . what was Snyder thinking with all that preperation stuff.

You're so dense sometimes.
I think the preparation and "being ready to play" has been pretty good game in and game out. I don't think KSU was any less prepared or "ready to play" for ku when compared to CU.
-
Then I guess preparation is irrelevant for every single game.

Far more consistent.
-
The component to our gameplan is the running game off right and left tackle with JJohnson and Leon making cutbacks. If those work (5 yards or more a pop)...we get the defense guessing. Two teams have given us a tough tough time on the ground.>Auburn and Kansas....and we lost to both of them. Also, notably, no special teams or defensive scores vs. either of those schools too.
-
Whether it's preparation, or players, or both(<-- this one), we're a much better, more consistent football team than we were a year ago three games into the conference season.
Exhibit A) Last year in Waco.
-
can we get a roller coaster emoticon?

I'd like to give a tip of the cap to Ron for making defensive adjustments that appeared to help slow down the run (although a lot of CU's rush yards - or lack thereof - in the second half was due to our offense scoring and forcing CU to throw). I'd like to give a kick in the junk to Tibs for not seeing from the press box what Ron saw from the field.
