Title: Congrats Hawks
Post by: cireksu on October 13, 2007, 06:48:59 PM
Great win today, OU is doing their part and hopefully we do ours tonight!  Go State of Kansas!  Lets all put pettiness aside and root on the Jayhawks.

Here's raising a glass to Missouri, Kansas and Kansas State all demolishing Nebraska and the blacksKirts ...

We're all three ranked at the same time for the first time - EVER!

You shouldn't mislead anyone with have "ksu" in your handle. Everyone knows you are a ku fan..or in the least, a  Kstate fan that ROOTS for ku when they don't play each other..and that is bad enough in my book.

It is just sad if you're not rooting for ku to lose the rest of the way.

I usually root against ku, but I wouldn't mind seeing them win a few more and then lose to Okie St. and MU to finish one game behind us in the North.  Get that excitement level way up there before bashing them down at the end.  The more emotional pain they suffer the better.

ksufans.com has traditionally supported our instate brethren after they've played us. (http://www.ksufans.com/forums/index.php?topic=9589.0)  Go Hawks!  Good luck against whoever you play this week!

I hope Hawk and his hawklets hawk the Hawks.

Translation:  May the Buffies stampede the mythical, fugly birds until there is neither a feather nor a beak to be found.

Dammit the great state of Kansas transcends(?) rivalry and bitterness!  Let's go Mangino!

NOPE, I give no respect to Mangina... a bit before his retirement Bill Snyder was given no respect from Mangina about his being elevated to HC of ku. (paraphrasing) "I gave more to KSU that I took from there, I dont owe Bill Snyder or KSU anything." I am sure that we all know where this genius was "discovered" prior to being one of Snyder's Asst Coaches right? He was an employee for the PA Turnpike Authority - so obviously he owes Bill Snyder nothing at all. Mangina will be tied for #1 on my most despised coaches list along with Pete Carol.

A lot of anoymosity from the little Mildcat fans ha ha. I dont blame you girls though, that small 10 year window went to all your heads and you all just cant accept the fact that football dominance is back where it belongs....ku!   If you guys beat CU that bad just imagine how badly we are going to beat them come Saturday.

LOL's at ku fans throwing out the word dominance for this season when their season this year might hit the average W-L per year over a 10 year period they mock for KSU calling it "dominance".

Good stuff.

I know you LOL, but it makes me angry. Angry like Taco Wallace being called a "soft" taco.  :curse:

Don't mind the ku fan, they're giddy with so many streaks that could be broken this year.

Possibly their first winning conference season since the Big 12 started.

Possibly their first New Years day type bowl in nearly 4 decades.

See this is why you guys are so easy to make fun of. You easily forget that for the first 100 years of existance your program was the WORST in the entire college world. Granted our football team hasnt been good in a long time nor have we ever been a football powerhouse but for a team who has only had 10 good seasons in 100+ years with zero titles you sure are high on yourselves.  So cool we havent played a big bowl game in a  loooong time, but we will never go 100 years between the post-season either, or a decade in basketball.  K-State is all about streaks alright, in the wrong direction

In reference to the domination part, I meant in regards to beating up on the purple pansies on a yearly basis like it used to be
