Keitman said they asked her if she was romantically involved. WTF.
-
Is this her? Images are gone... it wasn't her.
-
Just how appropriate is the "Three's Company" shirt?? On the back does it say, "No hole shall be left unfilled"??
-
That is REALLY disappointing. Hope it was good (ie, "worth it").
-
Hmmm. Picture with Patton. In the pre-season, Patton has some "work" to do. Picture with Josh Moore, Josh Moore has "academic" issues to take care of.
-
I bet it was painful for her.
-
Another ruined white girl.
:yikes:
-
no loss, she was a pussy, team cancer, etc.

Unless I hear from the person in the photograph, I'm not going to do anything.
Let me make this clear (again) about posting libelous content.
KSUFANS.COM, myself, and my company, are not liable. In the user agreement, you all agreed not to post content which might be libelous, offensive, etc. If you post on this site, you agree to the terms. If I get a letter from a lawyer (and I have gotten many) that asks for information about you, don't think for a moment I won't give it up. Generally speaking, I tolerate a lot on this forum that many people complain about short of pornography, nudity and extreme gore. However, since you agreed to not violate the rules, doing so means I get a pass on helping them find you out so they can serve a summons on you.
So if this girl is actually the person of interest (and BTW: the young tutor in question has a lawyer) you can pretty much expect to receive a summons in the mail. If it's not, and the woman in the picture calls me and says "Hey! That's not me!! WHO IS THE &@#% THE POSTED THAT?" I'll tell her I'll remove it and do so. If she decides to ask me through a lawyer, I will not remove it, but give her lawyer all your information.
Usually, in these cases, I ask that you remove them yourself. I understand the desire to go overboard, but I'll treat you like I treat my teenage kids. You want to do something like this you might think is funny? A good rule of thumb is, think a little more before you decide it's really funny, because more likely than not, you won't be laughing in the end.
Capiche?

I knew you let the govt. spy on us MJ you AT&T sell out!!!
Question: Would I still be liable even though I made my post in the form of a question Alex? *Insert Jeopardy Theme*
In all seriousness I'd be more than happy to remove the pic if you'd like.

I put it out there for your protection as well as the sites. JMart is publishing the name of the tutor, so I doubt you would have any issues by putting this out. But I'm not a lawyer, and I avoid Holiday Inn.

Its ok to post the picture as long as you found it in the public domain (already posted on the internet somewhere else). And, as long as you do not make any slanderous statements along w/ the picture or post her name. I would say that you're not "negligent" in posting only the picture, because you did not do any damage to her personal property or reputation if the picture was in the public domain. Therefore you did not violate a protected legal right, so there is no causation, no violation of the "standard of care (what an ordinary reasonable prudent person would do)", etc.

I call BS. Unless it's an offensive lineman involved, the players could definitely do better than that.

I don't know if this has already been said or not, I haven't been on here for a while...
But I do know that the tutor was not tied to the athletic department, it was actually a KSU faculty member (GTA) most likely from the College of Business.
