I know he is only a sophmore, so he still has a way to go, but this is the second time this season he has had a chance to lead a late game, winning drive and couldn't. He had two chances this game.
Now, maybe he doesn't have enough support. I think we rely way too much on Jordy, and we have to try to get more people involved.

8 or 9 different people caught passes today. If K-State doesn't get a running game soon, this is what K-State fans have to look forward to the rest of the year.

I don't think Josh played that poorly today. He did what he was asked to do for the most part. The playcalling made it hard for him to do much.
-
He wasnt particularly crisp today with his passing, but I have never agreed with having your QB throw the ball 20 yards to get a 2 yard gain. Playing the game east and west instead of north south played to the advantage of ku.
-
I am no way trying to put all the blame on Josh. I thought overall he did play well. Except for the two final drives, when we had to score and he threw picks on both of them.

You can't pin this one on Freeman. Sure, he choked when it counted, but he had a hell of a game before that.
The failed drive at Auburn had a lot more to do with the pocket collapsing (one of our OL, who shall remain nameless, "ran out of gas"). It's tough to throw the ball when one of the best DEs in the country is inside your facemask half a second after you get the snap.

Not trying to pin this on josh, just pointing out. I will leave josh be now.

He threw a ton of passes behind receivers, or over their head. Also, that pass on the 2nd INT was retarded.
Ugh

He definitely looked off. Lots of easy throws that he just missed.

Ugh
He was far from perfect (lots of missed wide-open receivers as you said), but he wasn't even close to the biggest letdown on the field today.

Agreed. But there were also one key drop for each receiver.
-
Bingo.
Freeman didn't play his best game for sure, but he wasn't put in a position to make the plays we needed by the coaches.
-
I didn't get a good look at his 2nd INT. I was so pissed at that point, I couldn't see straight. Summary?

I didnt get a good look at a lot of things. I think FSN has pretty piss poor game coverage.

I don't know what the route was, but Josh threw the ball where the receiver was standing, not where he was going, so the receiver had to stop to catch it. The corner cut the route and grabbed the ball.
