Is there something wrong with my computer that always makes the audio out of sync with the video? or was it ripped improperly?

Yeah...uh...the second half is out of sync...pretty badly, I think. I suppose that it could be VLC - what media player are you using? The first half isn't bad. Sadly, most of the great stuff happens when the sound is 5 seconds ahead of the video. I would have mentioned that when I first hyped it, but I'd only watched the first few minutes at that point.
In VLC Media Player, you can delay the sound using Settings...Preferences. Below, I've got a 5-second sound delay, which is way too much. The 2nd-half sound seems to be 2-3 seconds fast on my computer .
