31-3 ku continues tradition of not scoring a TD in Manhattan.  Leon and Johnson both go over 100 yards.  Deon has over 50 yards rushing the ball.

I haven't seen ku play since no network wants to televise a no-name vs. a nobody, so I don't know for sure that they're overhyped like UT (but less hype, obviously...LOL...since UT is still considered better than ku even after KSU pounded them), but I sure get that feeling.  Plus, the game is in Manhattan.  Mangino doesn't do well on the road, and ku doesn't do well in Manhattan.  I don't see how it could possibly stay close.

Cats 41, Hawks 16

KSU 35

ku 24

I think ku has the ability to get in the endzone on several occassions.......but I think Kstate will make a few more plays to seize the momentum in the second half. It'll be closer than alot of kstate fans want to see but a W is a W in the Big 12. ku is probably the fifth or sixth best team in the Big 12 this year considering that A&M and Ostate have turned out to be so pitiful.

Jordy to have another good game.

Fan, after all the information that we have - where do YOU get YOUR nervousness? I respect your opinion, but come on now. Check this out: (might be repetitive)

ku's non con opposition has a COMBINED record of 3-14 in their own non-con. These teams that ku has "beaten" so soundly have vicories over the following schools - KY Wesleyan, Toledo, and Iowa St. (Gene Chizik is screwed)

KSU's non con opposition's combined record is 10-7 in thier non-con. We know who they are. Same amount of games as ku just one less team - I dont think last year will happen again.

I think Prince will have revenge on his mind 45-8 ku still no TDs - to burn time off the clock at the very end, we give them a safety.

News flash, BWs: YOUR OFFENSE IS AWFUL. Most of your points came off special teams TDs or turnovers that gave you short field. No way you score more than 20 on the #1 scoring defense in the country...ku is no UT (hilarious that you've declared UT your rival now by the way...why won't anyone claim you?).

Good point - this will come as a shock to you, I would assume by your screen name you are a Buffs fan, so wouldn't know anything about this... THAT IS WHAT A GOOD TEAM DOES... dominates Special Teams, Defense and they get Good Field Position off of turnovers!

Do me a favor and step off a curb in front of a bus.

Flaming Gay Ewe,
When your team scores on defense and special teams, your offense doesn't have to take the field!

Gay Uwe is right. 4 turnovers and special teams play is why we won at UT.
And I'll take it EVERY WEEK.  :beerchug:

This is the way Coach Prince has planned to build his team from day one. It isn't a fluke.

Quote
HEAD COACH RON PRINCE
On the game:
We really wanted to try to build the team on special teams and defense. We knew we were going to have to play some great defense to be able to deal with all the great offenses in this league. Today, I felt for the first time since we have been here that we have played well in both of those phases at the same time.

No it isn't.  We've just played legitmate defenses.  Your "#1 scoring defense in the country"     is a farce.  Your stats are a joke.  Should be close game.
