If you ask Jake he will tell you he can run 10.1-10.2 but I think he said his best in competition was ~ 10.5

I don't know how fast he is but his Grandfather just passed away this week in Wichita. His Grandpa played for WSU back in the day and had a 108 yd. kickoff return, so there is some speed in the family. John has been one of my favorite underdog players this year, he makes alot of plays coming out of nowhere.
And lets not forget "Tackle made by No. 39 John HOOOOUUUUUUlik."

If you ask Jake he will tell you he can run 10.1-10.2 but I think he said his best in competition was ~ 10.5
If he really ran a 10.1 or 10.2 then he had enough chances in competition to prove it. Sharp is about a 10.6 guy pretty fast but not a total burner. He ran a 4.50 forty at the KSU Nike Combine prior to his senior year. There were a number of guys there that ran it faster then that including Tony Purvis. Sharpe isn't in the same league speed wise as guys like Leon Patton and Deon Murphey or Jamaal Charles for that matter who we contained pretty well last week.
