Have they put a house in near that sign?  IIRC it's about 3/4 complete.  Would make for an easy drive/walk to the sign.  I think a simple "FAT" would be just lovely.   I think the best idea I have seen was off of GPC.  Someone said to cover up the 137 people and you with Mangino on the 1 kansas farmer feeds sign.
