K-State beat Texas by 20 playing WITHOUT:

*arguably the best defensive player for K-State (Marcus Watts)
*the best corner on the roster (Josh Moore)
*the best returning tight end starter (Rashaad Norwood)
*the biggest surprise defensive player so far in 2007 (Antwon Moore)

Anyone else missing?

Herdon went out late....but that is a complete list.

BTW...M. Watt's status for Saturday? I hope he can play.

It'd be nice to have Josh Moore..but I think it's time to concentrate and live with who we have which is a pretty solid group so far.

McKinney, Cheatham, Chandler, Watts, Carney, Baldwin, Garvin, Herndon.......damn.....
