2 = false starts or delay of game
1 = D pass int
2 = 15 yard face masks or personal fouls (out of bounds) - you can take your pick off. or def.
2 = roughing the passer (second one will take out McCoy)

Alot of false starts...but I think the holding and personal fouls will be reduced.

1st takes out the real McCoy, the 2nd is roughing the kicker before a TD return
