After getting out of JH pretty easily we get to the shuttle on the way to our hotel and the AU post game is on. The AU radio guy said:
"This tiger team just needs to turn around and be ready for USF because they're a better team than this KSU squad."
This struck a nerve, I actually said something outloud on the bus :shy: (It wasn't the biggest shuttle though!). I lost some respect for AU than but not alot because their fans were nice. Being up by 4 with 2:05 to go and than a AU radio guy playing it off like they should of won by more than just 10. Even when they scored their only two TD's in the last two minutes. Just felt like that comment gave us no respect.
But seriously, if USF is better than us than they should win by a good ten or so points in JH. I truly thought that we were the better team and outplayed AU last night. If the AU's radio guy would say something like that he must think that USF will be the favorite going into the game.
I mean, Wyatt or Stan would never say anything like that. Especially if we just pulled out a close W. :crybaby:

I heard that on my shuttle to. That really pissed me off and i said, "Thats bulls*(t, we are better than you. If South Florida is better than us, your gonna get your a** rocked next week!" A bunch of Auburn fans on our shuttle agreed with me, and asked if they could have Jordy and Marcus.

Not sure what game they were watching.

CFN seems to agree with the radio guys with this comment:
Things don't get any easier next week against the South Florida defense, and if QB Brandon Cox doesn't do more to make his receivers better, the Tigers might not be able to pull it out like they did this week.

But to be fair, they are predicting South Florida to go 7-5 with wins at home over North Carolina, at Rutgers, and at Syracuse. Remember, USF is now a Big East team and is garnering a little more nationwide respect than in the past. But I do understand those sentiments considering the good performance K-State put on last night.

South Florida won at West Virginia last year and at Louisville the year before. I wouldn't be that insulted if I were you all.

Well, for our sake, let's hope Auburn smokes USF, but I doubt they will.

USF is a really good team....they are in the big east and are probobly top 3 in my book.
The fact that they took down WVU last year scares me.
I dont agree with what the post game announcer said, the team barely took down elon...i think the score was like 21-14.
We should beat them but i thought that same about yall.
i dont know.... :ohno:

Don't worry about it, Finebaum said that all KSU would give Auburn was a "good scrimmage".

3 quarters of the way down under "crystall ball"
Someone order an upset? The Bulls have an exciting dual-threat QB in Matt Grothe and an underrated defense that doesn't make many mistakes (a combo that almost did in Auburn in Week 1). USF's takes another step by beating an SEC team on the road. South Florida 21, Auburn 17
