Title: TE Spot
Post by: JesusShuttlesworth on August 20, 2007, 12:55:35 PM
How long will we ignore the obvious solution to this problem?  There is an athlete currently on the squad who has the potential to be an NFL caliber TE.  If he continues to struggle throwing the ball accurately, I say we let him catch it from his roommate.  You know, the roommate who dominated him in high school.

Given that the roommates best day was 41% with drives of 4 and 16 yards against the second D, we might want to wait.

With the new opening, we need to play with the experience route versus Auburn. But come San Jose and Missouri State redshirt freshman Gabe Gantz should be given some playing time to test out some options. There is some real potential to be found in number 47.
